Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of patient access experience.
• Preferred Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit records and documentation for accuracy.
• Compile reports and troubleshoot system issues.
• Audit referrals and support escalations.
• Conduct financial reviews and mentor staff.
• Coordinate insurance contracts and educate peers.
• Handle patient inquiries and escalations.
• Train staff on patient kiosks.
• Communicate with patients and advocate for their needs.
• Audit referral workflows.
• Schedule surgeries and verify readiness.
• Solve transport issues and audit logs.
• Coordinate HIM merges and MRN audits.
• Support utilization review escalations.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
