Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Access required.
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Extremely high degree of attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Good analytical & problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth patient flow and quality registration.
• Maximize Point of Service patient collections.
• Coordinate breaks and lunch times to ensure coverage.
• Assist Supervisor in managing fluctuations in volume and reinforcements if needed.
• Lead in compliance and completion of daily duties within the department.
• Set an example in exemplary customer service and conduct.
