Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school with a BS or BA degree, Masters, or doctorate degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy
• Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist or occupational therapy
• Licensed by the professional licensing board of state
• BCLS for healthcare provider’s certification upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Rehab Services daily activities. Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments and activity schedule.
• Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel.
• Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance.
• Assists in staff performance evaluations.
• Assists Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments.
