Qualifications

• Four years of customer service experience, including two years in hospital registration.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record accurate demographic and insurance information for billing.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures.
• Work across departments and EHR work queues related to patient access.
• Resolve patient issues and address elevated registration concerns.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and safeguard patient information.
