AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a Customer Access Specialist to coordinate patient registration across clinical partners and ensure accurate data capture. You will verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, and support the revenue cycle with up-front collections and scheduling.

The role requires strong customer service, HIPAA knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Day shift, full-time, on-site with AdventHealth Sebring.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy.
• Experience with revenue cycle workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access and registration with clinical partners.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Obtain pre-authorizations and enter data accurately.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographics.
• Provide timely support and escalate issues to supervision.
