Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, business or related field.
• 7+ years in physician practice with scheduling and registration experience.
• Experience with patient registration applications and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and patient access impact.
• Progressive staff management including training and development.
• Project management experience for tech and process initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for scheduling applications, budgeting, implementation, and management; act as project manager for related tech initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, evaluate processes, and establish metrics to improve patient experience and staff performance.
• Lead training and knowledge management to develop scheduling experts and measure service levels and accuracy.
• Oversee patient registration and insurance verification operations; ensure data accuracy and timely coverage verification.
