This ownership role drives performance, accuracy, and an exceptional patient experience while aligning with revenue cycle objectives.

The Director will lead teams, manage technology initiatives, and collaborate with clinical and business leaders to optimize access and data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or related field.
• 7+ years in physician practice with scheduling and registration.
• Experience with patient registration applications and technology solutions.
• Understanding of revenue cycle workflows and financial counseling.
• Progressive staff management, training and mentoring.
• Project management experience with technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, registration, insurance verification operations.
• Lead technology initiatives for scheduling applications.
• Develop metrics to measure performance and accuracy.
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to optimize access.
