Dexcom is seeking a Senior IP Patent Paralegal to oversee patent docketing, manage case records, and coordinate with attorneys and outside counsel across US and international filings. The role requires strong attention to detail, prior docketing experience, and the ability to lead on onboarding tasks.

You will interact with patent attorneys and agents, track deadlines, and prepare status reports, with opportunities for hands-on training and career growth in a global CGM technology company.

Qualifikationen

• Requires law firm experience in patent prosecution and in-house experience.
• Experience with U.S. and/or foreign filing, IP docketing, and patent-document management.

Aufgaben

• Manage case records and maintain a docket for 4 practitioners.
• Track deadlines with attorneys and update status prior to docket meetings.
• Lead docket calls and manage assigned case-management tasks during onboarding.
• Review deadline entries for accuracy and correspondence with USPTO/WIPO/foreign associates.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on IP matters and filing of patent applications.
• Prepare and manage formal documents required by USPTO/RO/US or PCT.
• Support portfolio audits and internal projects.
