Dexcom Inc. seeks a Senior IP Patent Paralegal to oversee case management in the Legal Department, interfacing with business stakeholders and outside counsel.

You will manage dockets for multiple practitioners, track deadlines, and ensure accurate status reporting while supporting formal patent filings and related documents. The role requires strong organizational skills, a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, and comfort with fast-paced multitasking in a hybrid/remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage case records and maintain an accurate, timely docket.
• Coordinate with attorneys and outside counsel on IP matters.
• Prepare, file, and manage patent-related documents (Oaths, Powers of Attorney, assignments).
• Lead docket calls and support portfolio audits and checklists.
