Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support domestic and cross-border M&A, strategic ventures, and other corporate transactions from diligence through closing and post-closing integration. You will manage data rooms, schedules, and closing deliverables while coordinating with attorneys, investors, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple complex matters under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of related corporate legal or paralegal experience, including M&A
• Experience supporting M&A, strategic ventures, investments, financings and other corporate transactions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures, venture financings, from diligence through closing and post-closing matters.
• Manage transaction checklists, data rooms, diligence requests, disclosure schedules, signature packets and closing deliverables.
• Track deadlines, identify open items, coordinate with internal and external parties, and keep stakeholders informed of status.
• Prepare summaries/reports, organize ancillary documents, and help develop templates and transaction-management tools.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
