Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Senior IP Patent Paralegal to manage patent docketing and case management across U.S. and international filings.

You will collaborate with patent attorneys and outside counsel, track deadlines, and generate status reports while keeping the docket accurate in the legal team’s drive for precision. The role requires 5–8 years in law firms with patent prosecution activity, in-house exposure, and IP docketing system familiarity (Anaqua a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience in patent prosecution in law firms and in-house settings.
• Familiarity with IP docketing systems and managing patent documents.
• Anaqua experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of patent docketing and case management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate deadlines with attorneys, agents and outside counsel.
• Prepare and file USPTO, PCT and national-stage documents.
• Support portfolio audits and routine checks.
