Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Sr. Manager, Partnerships for a fully remote leadership role based in the United States.

You will build strategic partnerships to expand member acquisition across public service professional communities, engaging military, veteran, law enforcement, fire/rescue, and healthcare audiences. Responsibilities include turning conversations into lasting agreements, developing scalable programs, and owning quarterly KPIs for member growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience working with military audiences, veterans, or public service organizations is preferred.
• Proven track record building strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and aligning objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to growth.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders, from small businesses to national associations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and establish strategic partnerships with military organizations, veteran groups, unions, nonprofits, and public service bodies.
• Build authentic relationships with decision-makers and trust across organizations of various sizes.
• Develop creative prospecting strategies to uncover partnership opportunities.
• Launch partnerships with mutually beneficial value propositions and scalable member acquisition programs.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies using business metrics and data-driven insights.
• Own quarterly member acquisition KPIs for the public service audience, with focus on military organizations.
• Negotiate partnership arrangements and align stakeholder expectations for sustainable relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to support organizational priorities.
• Monitor performance and refine outreach and growth strategies.
• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Travel as needed to develop new relationships and strengthen partnerships.
