Job summary

Humanly is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnerships to drive a high-velocity partnership motion that turns strategic alliances into recurring revenue. You will identify and formalize relationships with ATS, HRIS, payroll, staffing, and related platforms, negotiate terms, and scale a repeatable partner program.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure seamless integrations and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in strategic partnerships or business development in B2B SaaS.
• Deep HR technology ecosystem knowledge across ATS, HRIS, payroll, staffing, and related tech.
• Commercial deal experience negotiating referral, reseller, OEM, and strategic alliance agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, negotiate, and launch strategic partners across HR tech ecosystems.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through launch and growth.
• Build and manage a prioritized partner pipeline with milestones and next steps.
