Unity, the world’s leading game engine, seeks a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager in San Francisco to drive new business opportunities and strike value-added deals across AI, platforms, and industry sectors. You will bridge strategy and execution, aligning with Product and Engineering to scale incubation and growth across Unity’s ecosystem.

Role requires strong data-driven decision making, financial modeling, and proven ability to structure partnerships in a global software environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles at software or platform companies.
• Ability to research and vet new business opportunities and establish subject matter expertise quickly.
• Proven track record of sizing and forming strategic recommendations for growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• New Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnership opportunities to scale our business.
• Program Incubation & Launch: Drive incubation and launch of new partnership-driven programs across AI, Platforms, Industry, and Commerce.
• Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Build data-driven business cases for or against new ventures and partnerships.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure terms, define technical scope, and negotiate partner contracts.
