Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Partnership Development to identify, structure, and advance digital partnerships across loyalty, media, payments, and guest experience. This role requires onsite work four days per week, with collaboration across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure scalable, long-term value.

The candidate will develop executive-ready materials, build data-driven business cases, and lead front-end deal discussions, while guiding partnerships

Qualifications

• Minimum: a 4-year degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, strategy, or commercial roles.
• Experience in B2C, digital, or consumer brands preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and engage potential strategic partners across digital, loyalty, media, payments, and guest experience priorities.
• Own the front-end partnership development process from discovery to evaluation.
• Develop clear, data-driven business cases for partnerships, assessing strategic fit, financial upside, guest impact, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, Legal, Operations) to validate feasibility and prepare deal structures and handoffs.
