Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead development and administration of large-scale assessment programs for clients, working with internal teams and external partners to grow and enhance offerings.

Reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management, the role is hybrid (remote/office) with up to 25% travel. The position includes a salary range aligned with Pearson practices and a focus on high-quality product delivery for education clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field).
• Experience in large-scale testing, certification and licensing preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting project & contract management.
• 3 years in educational testing/assessment industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leads components of large-scale assessment activities including development, administration, and scoring.
• Supports development of client relationships and maintains ongoing communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Provides leadership and regular program status updates to the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Assists in proposal development, contract amendments, and statements of work.
• Ensures products and services meet professional standards and client needs.
