Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead the development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs for clients. This hybrid role involves collaboration with internal teams and external clients to design and expand assessment products and services, ensuring delivery aligns with contracts and client needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (in education or related field).
• Experience managing large-scale testing projects, preferably in certification/licensing.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.
• Experience directing activities of staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in support of the Lead, Partnership Management.
• Provides regular program status updates to leadership.
• Meets with colleagues to review program status and planning.
• Represents client and corporate perspectives in decision-making.
• May participate in proposals, contract amendments, and statements of work to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Brings knowledge of testing and measurement to design and implementation to meet professional standards.
• Brings knowledge of client needs to inform product and service development.
