Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on partner engineering or external API integration.
• Deep technical expertise with REST/gRPC APIs, HTTP, rate limiting, and OAuth 2.0.
• Proven experience as a primary technical contact for enterprise partners during complex integrations.
• Strong background in distributed systems and high-throughput streaming and data delivery architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and DRI for technical partner success from onboarding to production optimization.
• Maintain API reliability, performance, latency, uptime, and strict SLA compliance for all external data feeds.
• Establish proactive monitoring, logging, and automated alerting for data product health to resolve issues.
• Translate partner requirements into actionable technical specs and roadmap items.
• Partner with engineering to harden APIs, optimize streaming pipelines, and refine data contracts.
• Maintain developer documentation and integration playbooks.
