Job summary

Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Strategy & Operations in a remote US-based role serving the Frisco, Texas area. You will scale the Partner Program, run PMO launches, and drive adoption while coordinating across Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

You will lead measurable improvements in partner experience, governance, and reporting by building scalable processes and systems. This role demands strategic execution and executive-ready communication.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, or related leadership roles.
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
Experience with dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Strong understanding of partner lifecycle and governance models.
Proven ability to influence across diverse functions.

Responsibilities

Operationalize the Thomson Reuters Partner Program across tracks, tiers, benefits, and governance.
Lead priority partner initiatives from definition through adoption and stabilization.
Manage a consistent intake and prioritization process for complex launches.
Maintain partner scorecards, KPIs, and executive-style progress updates.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data, Sales Operations, and Tech to improve data quality and reporting.
Identify and implement automation to reduce manual work and errors.
