You will coordinate partner support, manage escalations, and improve operational effectiveness across service relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in relationship or service management with a card payments processing provider.
• 7 years managing escalated service and operational issues.
• Expert knowledge of card processing relationship management.
• Strong vendor management experience and policy implementation.
• Familiarity with payment and financial services industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Strategic Partner Managers to support high-quality partner engagement.
• Align staff resources with changing partner demands and ensure SME coverage.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal customers on service relationships.
• Direct partner service relationships to prioritize business needs.
• Collaborate with partner management to optimize service alignment.
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and KPIs and hold partners accountable.
• Identify internal process gaps and influence stakeholders to implement improvements.
