Job summary

Thomson Reuters in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Partner Strategy & Operations to expand the capacity of the Partnerships & Alliances team. You will act as deputy for the Partner Program, PMO Launch and IPD, leading partner-facing initiatives and reducing key-person dependency.

The role blends partner ecosystem expertise with operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and scalable process design.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in partner operations, programs, or related leadership.
Proven deputy/senior operator with leadership continuity.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of partner lifecycle and alliance programs.
Experience designing operating models, governance, roadmaps, processes, decision frameworks, and accountability mechanisms.
Analytical with dashboards, KPI design, and executive insights.
Able to translate inputs into structured plans and measurable outcomes.
Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into scalable processes.
Ability to influence across Partnerships, Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Data, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Operationalize the Thomson Reuters Partner Program with tracks, tiers, benefits, and governance.
Lead priority partner initiatives from definition through launch and adoption.
Manage launch intake, staging, and post-launch activities with governance.
Maintain partner scorecards, KPIs, and performance reviews.
Identify processes to standardize and drive automation across systems.
