Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to own reseller and distributor sales execution across the Americas. You will drive bookings through partner-led motions, set theater strategy, and collaborate with direct teams to optimize coverage.

You will onboard new partners, manage performance, and coordinate with deal desk, finance, and contracts to close complex deals. The role demands relationship-building with senior partner executives and a proven track record in B2B software

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner or channel sales with quota attainment.
• Proven success selling through resellers/distributors in B2B software or services.
• Experience leading co-sell motions with large channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Own sales execution and bookings targets for the Theater across the Americas with reseller/distributor/co-sell motions.
• Manage partner onboarding, enablement, and performance reviews to drive bookings and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with Deal Desk, Finance, and Contracts to resolve issues and close complex deals.
