Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Partner Solutions Manager to lead technical onboarding, validation, and enterprise readiness of partner solutions on Google Cloud Marketplace at global scale.

You'll collaborate with partner engineering, Google Cloud product teams, and field organizations to ensure clean integrations, reliable deployments, and adherence to Google's security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in technical solutions consulting, architecting, partner or sales engineering, or technical program delivery in cloud or enterprise software.
• Experience leading technical onboarding, integration, or certification programs for partners or customers.
• Experience designing, integrating, or deploying cloud-based solutions across IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS (APIs, Kubernetes, IAM, metering integrations).
• Experience querying and analyzing datasets (SQL) to drive decisions.
• Experience using automation, scripting, or AI/ML tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and validation of partner solutions for Google Cloud Marketplace.
• Set enterprise standards for security, reliability, and metering across solutions and AI components.
• Deploy AI-driven workflows for automated reviews, testing, support triage, and onboarding guidance.
• Analyze Marketplace telemetry to optimize incentives and investments for high-impact solutions.
• Guide engineering leaders on architecture and enterprise-grade requirements.
