Google is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to lead how partner solutions are onboarded, validated, and made enterprise-ready on Google Cloud Marketplace at global scale. You will collaborate with partner engineering teams, Google Cloud product and field organizations to ensure solutions integrate cleanly, deploy reliably, and meet Google's quality, security, and governance standards.

The role requires building technical programs from first principles, optimizing throughput, and influencing

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering or related field.
15 years of experience in technical solutions consulting, solutions architecture, partner or sales engineering, or technical program delivery in cloud or enterprise software.
Experience leading onboarding, integration, or certification programs for partners or customers.
Experience designing, integrating, or deploying cloud-based solutions across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS including APIs, Kubernetes, IAM, and billing/metering integrations.
Experience querying and analyzing datasets (SQL) to drive operational decisions.
Experience using automation, scripting, or AI/ML tools to improve operational workflows.

Mansioni

Manage end-to-end technical integrations (procurement, metering, IAM, packaging) for listings including traditional SaaS, APIs, VMs, Kubernetes and AI components.
Establish enterprise standards for security, reliability, and metering across solutions and AI components.
Deploy AI-driven workflows for automated reviews, testing, support triage, and onboarding guidance.
Analyze Marketplace telemetry and consumption data to optimize incentive allocations and investments.
Guide engineering leaders on architecture and enterprise standards.
