Job summary

Parloa is hiring a Sr Partner Solution Engineer in the United States, focused on accelerating partner success and revenue growth. You will engage with a partner ecosystem to enable confident discovery, demos, and design of AI Agent solutions, translating capabilities into business value.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll build long-term partner relationships, support POCs, and drive successful deal progression, enabling scalable partnerships in a fast-growing AI-enabled CX stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar pre-sales roles.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to lead discovery, design, and validation (POCs, demos).
• Ability to balance hands-on depth with high-level solution storytelling and business value.
• Experience in enterprise sales environments aligning technical solutions to outcomes.
• Excellent communication with technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners to position, demo, and implement Parloa’s platform across diverse use cases.
• Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into scalable AI agent solutions.
• Support POCS, demos, and technical validations to drive deal progression.
