Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise technical, partner-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact centers).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI Agent deployments in complex enterprise environments.
• Define how Parloa integrates with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing platforms, and contact centers.
• Lead architecture reviews and workshops with partners and customers.
• Translate customer requirements into structured conversational components.
