Responsibilities

• Define and execute a growth strategy for the Sales, Marketing & CX consulting business in Americas.
• Drive new business development and expand Wipro's consulting footprint in the Sales, Marketing & CX space.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact transformation engagements.
• Ensure client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
• Shape transformation propositions leveraging digital, automation, and AI-led solutions.
• Develop innovative AI operating models and future-ready frameworks that align with evolving enterprise needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across client engagements and internal practice initiatives.
• Build and lead a diverse consulting team focused on Sales, Marketing & CX.
• Define and implement a capability-building roadmap for the Sales, Marketing & CX consulting practice.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Develop and publish POVs on Sales, Marketing & CX trends, operating models, and transformation strategies.
• Represent Wipro in industry events, analyst briefings, and client forums to enhance market visibility.
• Strengthen Wipro’s brand positioning as a trusted transformation advisor across Europe.
• Nurture key ecosystem partnerships to build a holistic Sales, Marketing & CX transformation ecosystem.
• Conduct partner evaluation and due diligence to ensure alignment with client needs and Wipro’s strategic direction.
• Build knowledge networks and thought leadership alliances to position Wipro as a leading advisor in the Sales, Marketing & CX consulting space.
