Job summary

Wipro Consulting is seeking a senior leader to own C-suite relationships across global biopharma, biotech scale-ups, and MedTech. You will shape strategy, drive large advisory bookings, and govern multi-tower transformations from R&D to smart manufacturing.

Reporting to the Americas Managing Partner for Life Sciences, you will build IP, lead strategic partnerships, and recruit top talent while ensuring profitable growth and industry eminence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in top-tier strategy or Big-4 advisory, incl. 7+ yrs life-sciences / MedTech leadership
• Build CXO networks across pharma R&D, clinical, quality, and MedTech business units
• Personally sold & led $100M+ cumulative advisory revenue
• End-to-end command of drug/device lifecycle discovery to post-market surveillance and global regulatory landscapes (FDA, EMA, PMDA)

Responsibilities

• Originate growth: identify whitespace, craft C-suite narratives, close $10M+ advisory bookings annually, anchoring $100M+ tech/BPO follow-ons
• Advise C-suites on AI-augmented R&D, digital trials, smart factories, and product-as-a-service roadmaps
• Govern multi-tower programs ensuring benefits realization and CSAT > 4.8/5
• Create IP and ventures: incubate benchmarks, twin platforms, data products; spin out solution ventures
• Amplify leadership: publish 3-4 flagship POVs/year, keynote forums, analyst citations
• Develop talent: recruit, mentor, sponsor diverse junior partners/senior managers
• Forge alliances: strategic partnerships with CROs, CDMOs, cloud/hyperscaler labs, regulators
• Own the P&L: manage full consulting P&L, forecast accuracy, margins
• Govern practice: shape investment roadmaps, prioritize backlog, propagate agile ways-of-working
• Strategy pedigree: 15+ years in strategy or Big-4 with 7+ yrs in life-sciences/MedTech leadership
