Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Partner Operations leader to architect and scale the partner operating model for Strategic Technology Partners. You will design processes, governance, and GTM framework to drive revenue growth and partner satisfaction, working across Partnerships, Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal.

• Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems.
• Expertise with co-sell, licensing, and revenue-sharing models.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end partner operations model with internal stakeholders, covering co-sell, licensing, joint solution SKUs, revenue share, billing, and support partnering motions.
• Design, document, and continuously improve core processes across Partner GTM team, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, NPI, Legal, and Customer Success; identify automation opportunities.
• Define success metrics and analytics; build dashboards and reporting to surface bottlenecks, insights, opportunities, and ROI.
• Coordinate with leadership to act as the partner operations hub across functions; enable offerings and program standards.
• Define and maintain a compliance framework for partner motions and ensure audit readiness.
