Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Manager, Onboarding & Integration to lead the onboarding and integration of business partners from Irvine, SF, or Teaneck NJ. You will direct the end-to-end onboarding, including risk assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner agreements and processes.

You will build strong relationships with partners, monitor industry trends, and mentor a team of onboarding coordinators to drive partner success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, project management, or related field required.
• Minimum 8–10+ years in customer service, operations, or account management roles.
• Proven leadership of teams and projects with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize onboarding and integration processes for new partners.
• Oversee partner offboarding and ensure timely, quality resolution.
