Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a Manager, Onboarding & Integration to lead high-impact onboarding projects and strategic initiatives.

Based in Irvine, SF, or Teaneck, this senior role reports to the Director, Dealer Experience and oversees cross-functional onboarding, offboarding, and partner risk management. You will manage a team of onboarding coordinators, optimize back-office processes, ensure SLA compliance, review contracts, and develop reporting systems to drive partner success in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, project management, or related field; 8–10+ years in customer service, operations, or related roles.
CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA) and MS Office suite.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Experience driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize back-office onboarding and partner inquiries handling.
Oversee and improve partner offboarding processes, including intake, triage, escalation, and reporting.
Direct onboarding processes and build strong relationships to drive partner success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Business Partner agreements and processes.
Partner with project managers and risk manager to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
Conduct risk assessments during onboarding and monitor partner risk throughout lifecycle.
Ensure onboarding requests meet Service Level Agreements.
Validate banking information via ACH portal and review contracts.
