Job summary

Backblaze is seeking a senior leader to own partner and ecosystem marketing. You will set plans, translate our product story for partners, and drive co-branded programs and events to accelerate growth in the AI space.

You will collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, and communications, leading initiatives that align partner programs with brand and product priorities. This role is remote in the US and reports to the VP of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in B2B technology marketing, including 4+ years in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing at infra/cloud/data/AI companies.
• Proven track record launching and running co-marketing with partners larger than your own company.
• Ability to translate core product positioning into partner narratives and write them yourself.
• Technical fluency to work with Sales Engineers and partner architects.

Responsibilities

• Set the plan and operating rhythm with a rolling six-month partner marketing plan.
• Translate Backblaze stories for partners with joint value propositions and co-branded messaging.
• Build brand with AI ecosystem through joint content, webinars, and events.
• Bridge marketing and enablement with co-branded content and technical depth.
