Zusammenfassung

Backblaze is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead our partnerships and ecosystem marketing across the United States. This remote role partners with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure partner programs align with brand, product marketing, and demand-generation priorities.

You will translate product positioning into partner narratives, build six‑month plans, enable partner sellers, and elevate Backblaze through joint campaigns, events, and co‑branded content.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in B2B technology marketing.
• 4+ years in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing at an infrastructure, cloud, data, or AI company.
• Record of launching and running co-marketing with partners larger than your own company.
• Ability to translate core product positioning into partner narratives.
• Experience reading pipeline data and dashboards and turning it into decisions.

Aufgaben

• Set the plan and the operating rhythm.
• Build and run a rolling six-month partner marketing plan with the Partner team focusing on priority AI partnerships.
• Structure work with shared calendars, clear intake paths, and a defined point of view.
• Integrate partner programs with brand, product marketing, and demand generation priorities.
• Stay agile as opportunities evolve and shift.
• Lead reporting cadence on impact with the BI team, consumable from c-suite to team meetings.
• Translate our story for partners and adapt Product Marketing materials for partner sellers and customers.
• Equip priority partners’ teams with kits, one-pagers, and sales plays with Enablement and Partnerships.
• Build brand with the ecosystem through joint narratives, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Coordinate announcements with Communications and disclose requirements for a public company.
• Bridge marketing and enablement with content and technical depth from DevRel and Sales Engineering.
• Own partner surfaces: integration pages, directories, marketplace listings, and co-branded assets.
• Support analyst submissions for partner-validated architectures.
