Job summary

Cockroach Labs is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager based in New York City to lead GTM and activation across the partner and ISV ecosystem. You will craft co-marketing campaigns, launch playbooks, and joint programs that accelerate awareness, adoption, and pipeline.

You will translate complex integrations into credible narratives for technical buyers and partner audiences, align partner activities with the roadmap, track results, and continuously optimize for impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing in B2B technology.
• Ability to plan and execute webinars, virtual programs, and partner activations independently.
• Experience aligning partner, PMM, and demand gen teams to shared goals.
• Track record building/co-marketing programs and joint GTM motions that drive pipeline.
• Strong written comms with technical and business audiences.
• Experience with developer ecosystems or AI/ML partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM planning and execution for strategic technology partners across cloud, AI, and ISV ecosystems.
• Build co-marketing campaigns, partner launch playbooks, and joint programs that drive awareness and pipeline.
• Translate integrations into clear narratives for technical buyers and partner audiences.
• Align partner launches with the integration roadmap and company positioning.
• Track performance, optimize programs, and demonstrate business impact.
• Create partner content and program materials that resonate with technical audiences.
• Collaborate with partner engineering and product marketing to stay current on integrations.
• Develop relationships with corporate marketing, product marketing, and demand gen within the first 90 days.
