You will translate data into actionable business actions for senior leaders and partner with business teams to shape the selling partners' experience. The role emphasizes strong research methods, end-to-end studies, and a bias for experimentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Discover, track, and evaluate global industry trends
• Translate complex business problems into analysis requirements and create hypotheses.
• Own and execute large and complex studies end to end, including scope alignment with business leaders, methodology design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders
• Work with business leaders and their teams to drive growth, process, and cost efficiency improvements through study results
• Create and contribute to team roadmap by synthesizing business priorities, selling partner needs, and industry trends.
• Contribute to a team culture of experimentation and innovation
