Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Governance team in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on measuring the quality of the Selling Partner Experience across Amazon-built experiences worldwide.

You will own dashboards and reports, partner with operations to implement KPI-driven solutions, and enable data-driven decisions by aggregating data from multiple sources. A strong analytics background and SQL proficiency are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of Excel experience including VBA, pivot tables and advanced analytics.
3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience defining requirements and using data/metrics to draw insights.
Experience with SQL.
Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, dashboards.
Consult with operations/business teams to develop KPIs and automated reporting solutions.
Aggregate data from multiple sources and deliver actionable formats.
Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to senior management.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning with leadership.
Design scalable, automated reporting systems to support business needs.
