Databricks is seeking a Senior Partner Engineer to lead the technical relationship with strategic AI partnerships. You will own joint roadmaps with partner teams, drive integration development, and build hands-on labs and reference architectures for customers and engineers.

The role requires deep experience in AI systems, production-grade integration work, and the ability to travel globally to partner sites and events.

Qualifications

10+ years in field engineering, consulting, platform architecture, or AI systems development.
Hands-on with Python, REST APIs, and SDKs.
Experience in strategic technical partnerships, navigating multi-company initiatives, and leading architectural discussions.
Willingness to travel globally to partner sites, conferences, and events.

Responsabilités

Serve as the primary technical point of contact across AI labs and partners.
Shape the joint product roadmap by translating partner needs into platform requirements.
Design and build integrations that connect Databricks with partner platforms.
Develop POCs and reference architectures for handoff to engineering or customers.
Collaborate with executives and engineers to align AI architectures with partner roadmaps.
Create technical enablement content for internal and external field teams.
Lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across organizations.
