Job summary

Databricks is seeking a partner intelligence engineer to own internal tooling for the ISV partner organization. Based in San Francisco, you will build data pipelines, dashboards, and AI apps to run the partner business, collaborating with Apps, AI, and Developer Relations teams.

You’ll work daily with Databricks platforms like Replit, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Codex, and contribute to early feature adoption and feedback. Report into Partner Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar hands-on data/AI role.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and maintain data pipelines for the partner business.
• Own partner metrics, metric views, and definitions.
• Develop dashboards, Genie spaces, and apps the team uses daily.
• Build AI applications and agentic workflows that automate partner operations.
• Create internal tools on partner products and share learnings with AI/Apps partnerships.
• Experiment with new Databricks features and share reusable examples with DevRel.
