Job summary

Numeral is hiring a Senior Partner Alliance Manager, Accounting, to lead and scale relationships with top accounting and CPA firms. You will shape partnerships from the ground up, drive referrals and co-marketing, and build programs with executive sponsorship.

You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, and Product to align goals, while measuring impact and guiding growth. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, travel for partner meetings, and contribute to the company’s expansion

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner or alliance management within the accounting or CPA industry
• Track record of owning and growing large, strategic partner relationships
• Experience creating partnerships from scratch: identifying targets, pitching, structuring and negotiating
• Experience designing and executing joint partnership or business plans spanning referrals, marketing, enablement, and initiatives
• Strong executive presence with credibility to engage senior leadership at accounting firms
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic mindset with willingness to be hands-on in building a program that is still taking shape
• Existing network of leadership relationships at accounting and advisory firms

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Numeral's relationships with top accounting and CPA firm partners as senior contact
• Create new strategic partnerships from ground up: target firms, build business case, structure and negotiate
• Develop joint partnership plans aligning Numeral and partner goals for mutual growth
• Engage partner leadership to deepen alignment and sponsorship
• Drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and strategic initiatives within partnerships
• Design and run enablement programs (trainings, certifications) for partner teams
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product on co-branded campaigns and product integrations
• Define partner success metrics and report quarterly on partnership health
• Serve as connective tissue between partners and the Numeral ecosystem
• Coordinate with Marketing, Growth, Direct Sales, and Product & Engineering for co-marketing and onboarding
• Contribute to overall channel strategy and execution
• Track and report partner performance against KPIs and align stakeholders
