Job summary

Suralink is a remote-first SaaS company transforming accounting workflows. We are seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to build and own our partner ecosystem, partner-sourced revenue, and a scalable co-sell program across technology and accounting-firm networks.

You will lead joint account planning, sign new partners, and drive enablement with sales to create predictable, repeatable growth for our platform.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in partnerships, alliances or business development with revenue accountability.
• Experience in the accounting technology or SaaS ecosystem is a plus.
• Proven track record building partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell motions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the partner strategy across co-sell, tech and integration, and networks.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline, anchor flagship co-sell partnerships, and enable repeatable motions.
• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new partners; negotiate contracts and enablement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to maximize partner impact.
• Define KPI reporting and ensure partner contributions are visible to leadership.
