Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional project management experience in design/construction projects.
• Experience leading large, complex facilities projects and working with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design and construction projects for DPR facilities.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget; supervise multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Coordinate with City departments, community groups and stakeholders; prepare bid materials and manage procurements.
• Ensure compliance with DPR/DOTI standards and sustainability requirements.
