Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery on complex commercial, healthcare, and tech projects. The role partners with clients, designers, and trade peers to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance benchmarks.

You will mentor project managers and engineers, refine risk and cost controls, and promote DPR’s collaborative culture and continuous improvement across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of construction project management experience, with 5 years in leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex projects (commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or tech).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from award to completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Review major decisions on budgets, contracts, and schedule with executives.
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement across projects.
• Develop risk plans and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
