Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks an experienced Project Manager in Engineering to lead design and construction of parks and recreation facilities. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects that align with equity and sustainability goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in vertical facilities projects, a relevant bachelor’s, and preferably a master’s in a related field. Hybrid work and strong collaboration with DPR divisions are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in vertical design and construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Master’s degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with diverse stakeholders and public engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination and implementation of urban, suburban, mountain park facilities projects.
• Manage facilities budgets and track annual goals.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet DPR and DOTI standards and policies.
