Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with coworkers and members, providing resources, information, advice, and expertise.
• Autonomously complete work applying up-to-date expertise to generate creative solutions and ensure policies are followed.
• Monitor maintenance of buildings, equipment, and amenities; collaborate with facility engineers to ensure repairs are completed.
• Lead safety training and plan drills per NFPA and Life Safety Code; coordinate inspections and report outcomes.
• Monitor budgets and coordinate with stakeholders on facility, renovation, and operational programs to meet cost targets.
