Propark Mobility in New Haven, CT is seeking a hands-on Senior Transportation Manager for shuttle operations. The role leads shuttle fleet management and oversees the location team on a 2nd shift, M–F, in-office.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience, with incentive bonus potential. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in transportation operations, leadership experience, DOT knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Senior Transportation Manager - Shuttle Operations

We're looking for a hands‑on Senior Transportation Manager with exceptional leadership skills and a client‑first mindset to join our growing shuttle operations team in New Haven, CT. Ideal Experience

• This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous Shuttle / Transportation industry experience.
• Three to five years in transportation operations for a logistics company preferred.
• Proven leadership and knowledge of transportation industry, and DOT regulations.
• Experience managing dedicated fleet operations and CDL drivers.
• Transportation experience managing drivers and onsite driver management experience preferred. Driver Dispatch Management System experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills written and verbal, listening and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and innovative thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail, planning, and organization skills.
• Progressive management experience with front‑line team oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
