Propark Mobility in Hartford, CT is seeking a Valet Manager to lead parking operations, self-parking and valet services, while supervising location teams. Ideal candidates bring prior parking industry experience with a hospitality focus as a strong asset.

Progressive management experience with front-line oversight and scheduling expertise are required. A Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required. This role is in-office/field with potential weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train Valet Captains and staff.
• Complete valet schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling costs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Review shift reports to ensure integrity of operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Respond to operational issues, including after hours.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards for the organization and client.

Valet Manager

Salary Range: $52,000 -$55,000 Annually, Commensurate with Experience

Work Modality: In Office/Field

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday

Location: Hartford, CT

Ideal Experience

• This position is responsible for all aspects of parking operations, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.

As Valet Man Ager , You Will
