Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with two years of related trade experience or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated work experience performing trades in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and/or auto mechanics.
• Grounds maintenance/landscaping experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/structural specifications/building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled tasks in trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and facility maintenance.
• Operate and repair various tools and equipment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance on tools, equipment and facilities.
• Assist in housekeeping and record keeping; may supervise staff or volunteers.
