Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate, C&I, SBA, ABL and participation lending docs.
• Ability to supervise multiple complex transactions and teams.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating loan documentation and collateral structures.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review, and coordination of documentation for commercial loan transactions.
• Review legal documentation for completeness and regulatory conformity.
• Ensure due diligence items are obtained and documented prior to closing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paralegals; manage closing timelines.
