Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an AVP, Loan Documentation to lead the Commercial Loan Documentation team, coordinate workflow between documentation units, and ensure accurate, legally binding documents compliant with federal regulations.

The role includes training staff, reviewing complex loan documents, and collaborating with legal, compliance and loan operations to maintain efficient processes across units and regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six to eight years of loan documentation experience, specializing in Commercial Loans.
• Three to five years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of the commercial team and manage workflow to meet service levels.
• Review loan documents to ensure terms and approvals are met.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and provide staff training as needed.
• Conduct monthly quality control reviews to ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide technical expertise and coordinate with Loan Operations, Loan Coordinators and Compliance/Legal teams.
• Communicate regulatory changes to the team and loan coordinators.
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents as needed and assist with system enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
