Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an AVP, Loan Documentation to lead the Commercial Loan Documentation team. You will oversee day-to-day workflow, ensure document integrity, and maintain compliance with federal regulations.

You will collaborate with Units, Legal, and Compliance, train staff, review complex documents, and drive process improvements across Regions. A strong background in loan documentation and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Six to Eight years loan documentation experience in Commercial Loans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of the commercial team and manage workflow to meet SLAs.
• Review loan documents for terms and approvals.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and standards; train staff as needed.
• Conduct monthly quality control reviews per Bank policies.
• Provide technical expertise and coordinate with related teams.
• Communicate regulatory and procedural changes to docs team and coordinators.
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents in the system.
• Assist with special projects and system enhancements.
